Pop-Up Market

June 7th from 10 AM to 3 PM as part of the larger Pride event in downtown Snohomish

Showcasing a diverse lineup of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC vendors, as well as allies, featuring:
🎨 Talented artists and makers
🍔 Delicious food trucks
🤝 Nonprofits and educational booths

 

Whether you’re a new or established business, this is an awesome opportunity to connect, share your work, and be recognized within our community.

  • The application will be open until March 1, 2025.

  • If you are accepted, you will receive an acceptance email from us by March 8, 2025 or earlier, and an invoice for your booth free from our the HDSA (Historic Downtown Snohomish Association).

  • You will notice we have raised the standard booth fee to $100 dollars to more accurately reflect the costs involved with running this event. We will be offering a limited amount of reduced rates to those vendors who cannot afford this new price.

  • As our event has grown we now require all vendors to obtain liability insurance for the pop-up. For those with existing plans it is usually free to add an additional insured. For new vendors there are affordable options as low as $49 for one off events.

We are still in the early stages of finalizing the schedule and logistics for the pop-up on June 7th so there may be slight changes to the time frame etc. Any updated details will be communicated to accepted vendors before the event date. We can’t wait to showcase all of your beautiful work and celebrate our community together!
